Responsibilities will include compiling and maintaining records of contracts for designated programs and funding sources to ensure correctly and timely billing and/or reporting of financial information. This position will also provide clerical support to the Chief Financial Officer and may assist with any other fiscal duties as necessary for a smooth and timely operation of the fiscal department. Applicant must have an Associate Degree or one year related experience and or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. B.S. degree in accounting is highly desirable.
Applicant must be able to quickly acquire knowledge of the MIP Fiscal Software. Application must also possess a valid driver’s license, transportation and insurance
