LOCATION: PORTAGEVILLE CENTRAL OFFICE
POSITION: TRAINING & TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE SPECIALIST
The Head Start/Early Head Start (HS/EHS) Training & Technical Assistance (T/TA) Specialist is responsible for assisting the Children Services Department (HS/EHS) staff in their career development paths, the development and implementation of training &coaching activities and security of resources in accordance with Program Performance Standards and Agency guidelines.
Bachelor’s degree (B. A/S) from four-year college or university in Early Childhood/Child Development, Education, Social Sciences, Human Development, Counseling or related field and minimum 2 years of related experience in early childhood education and care, education information and referral service delivery/training, or curriculum development.
Travel will be required within the six county service area.
